  • I found studying for my NPQLTD to be an enriching experience and would recommend it to anyone. I was able to complete the online study units at times that were convenient to me and valued the opportunities to be able to connect and work with other staff in both primary and secondary schools all working towards achieving the same final outcome. 

  • The NPQSL course has given me time to focus on quality, personal development beyond the classroom and day-to-day teaching. It has been fantastic to have the opportunity to learn many aspects of the role as a senior leader, allow me to work with a range of colleagues and settings and understand up to date research and information in a variety of topics.

  • The NPQLTD course content and participation in the group sessions has, simply, made me a more skilled and effective middle leader and provided me with a range of tools that I can draw upon to help me to continue to develop my practice and, hopefully, enhance my ability to progress further in my career going forward. 

  • As well as providing me with a range of opportunities to continue to develop in the role as a phase leader, the NPQSL course has also equipped me with the skills, knowledge and understanding needed to become a senior leader. It has been a manageable, informative, and engaging course that has been achievable alongside my current role.
