Our Aspiring Middle Leader programme seeks to prepare delegates for this crucial role via a series of sessions delivered by our CEO and Director of School Improvement. The Aspiring Middle Leader programme is a six part course with one session each half term throughout the academic year. If you are interested in becoming a middle leader or have recently become one we’d love you to join our Aspiring Middle Leaders programme!

Middle leaders play a critical role in our schools. It is middle leaders who ensure a school’s vision is turned into reality, that policy translates into practice. They provide a vital bridge between senior leaders and the teaching staff, acting as both a filter and buffer.
