This session will allow subject leaders to share best practice and discuss how to build on current successes to shape the development of their subject in schools across the Trust.

We will also be focussing on Learning Principle 4: Assess the learning
Assess the learning: As teachers we need to check how effectively pupils are re-calling and using recently learned material so we know what misconceptions and gaps in learning are arising and can address them in subsequent lessons. By doing this we ensure that learning is accurately embedded into pupils’ long-term memory.
