Our Aspiring Middle Leader programme seeks to prepare delegates for this crucial role via a series of sessions delivered by our CEO and Director of School Improvement. The Aspiring Middle Leader programme is a six part course with one session each half term throughout the academic year. Session 02: Building a team. 
Session 03: Improvement plans and leading change.
Session 04: Dealing with the unexpected and evaluating your impact.
Session 05: Time Management.
Session 06: The practical process of becoming a Middle Leader. 

Please note that it is the expectation that once signed up the delegate will attend all sessions and complete the programme to gain their CPD certificate.
