Our Aspiring Middle Leader programme seeks to prepare delegates for this crucial role via a series of sessions delivered by our CEO and Director of School Improvement. The Aspiring Middle Leader programme is a six part course with one session each half term throughout the academic year. Please note that it is the expectation that once signed up the delegate will attend all sessions and complete the programme to gain their CPD certificate.
